Mindelo, 12 February 2020 – The Minister of Maritime Economy, Dr. Paulo Lima Veiga, with the due authorization of the Council of Ministers, declared today Cabe Verde’s unequivocally commitment to the Fisheries Transparency Initiative (FiTI).
